A hada Cokali daya na
garin habba dana zuma
gangariya.Sa'annan
asanya tafarnuwa dakakka
amma 'yar kadan. Asha
kafin aci abinci na tsawon
kwana ashirin (20).
Ciwon dasashi da
hakori:
A tafasa garin habba da
ruwan khal (vinegar).
Awanke baki dashi.
Tsutsar ciki:
Asha habba tare da ruwan
khal daidai
gwargwado.Tana kashe
tsutsar ciki sosai.
Rashin bacci:
Asanya habba cokali daya
a cikin kofin shayi asha
kafin a kwanta bacci (awa
daya kafin a kwanta).
Rashin Gani da kyau :
A zuba cokali daya
(teaspoonful) na man
habba a cikin carrot juice
asha Kullum har tsawon
wata daya.
Tari da asma :
Ashafa man habba (ko
kuma Habba rob ) a kirji
da dare kafin a kwanta
